As an HR Assistant, you will work collaboratively to support recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and other HR functions. Responsibilities and Requirements: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Organize new employee onboarding, including arranging orientation training and completing necessary paperwork. Assist in the performance management process, including employee appraisals and performance evaluations. Handle employee relations matters, including exit procedures and handling employee complaints. Assist in organizing training activities, including developing training plans and coordinating training sessions. Maintain employee records and update HR systems. Provide general administrative and office support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the HR field. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels.
